About this CPD self-study module

In this module, you’ll explore two topics of workload: assessment metrics and tools and techniques. You’ll also learn about the challenges associated with measuring workload.

The module includes 3 videos and a selection of suggested further reading. In total, it might take up to 3 hours to complete.
